WIND TORTURE FOR HALF-MEN

The work in question has a purely punitive and therapeutic objective. The mechanical device, consisting of two aluminium discs kept equidistant from each other by thin metal blades, begins to turn when the wind produced by a propeller strikes the entire rotating body. A steel exterior safety barrier will protect the public should anything come flying out of there. But the real purpose of our contrivance is to place a half-man, or as Sciascia would call him, a twit, on the intended chair. Hopefully, after several revolutions, the small brain of our lowly individual can be reset.
